Two types of Concierges to assist: LifeConcierges (Your personal assistant) and
LifeExperts are specialists (Accounting, insurance, finance, eldercare, health, legal, etc.)
All are located in the USA….Coast-to-Coast

Once registered, requests can be made online, by text, computer, phone, or app

Make multiple requests, but prioritize as they will only work on one at a time

Hours of operations? Our concierges work core business hours, 8am-8pm ET, Monday through Friday. Submit requests 24/7, receive a response within 1 business day

Can my spouse/partner use MemberAssist? Yes, your spouse/ partner can submit requests through your account, they will not have a separate login

Are there any hidden cost? Overalls offers this benefit to individuals at $79/mo. ($948/yr.) There is no cost to your Local and no cost to any Member.
