For 2026, the state legislature has amended the Teacher Salary Increase Allocation (TSIA) once again, creating division instead of investment in our children. For this school year, the TSIA must be negotiated in July and carves out over 50% of the instructional unit and leaves nothing for our Support or Trades colleagues.
