Our union bargaining committee represents the entire bargaining unit in contract negotiations with VCS. Our committee comes from the rank-and-file members to bring all voices to the table. The primary goals are implementing member priorities in contract language, drafting proposals, negotiating wages and working conditions, and ultimately bringing a “tentative agreement” back to the membership for a ratification vote.
