- Survey members and develop needs assessments.
- Prepare proposals for negotiations.
- Provide members of the team with two (2) new members from this committee chosen each year to serve on the team.
- Approve any tentative agreement made before ratification by the membership.
- Report to the membership on any tentative agreement prior to ratification.
